Welcome to Loo Fairy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of loofairy.com (the "Site"), operated by Loo Fairy ("Loo Fairy," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site — including signing up for updates or early access — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site is currently a pre-launch page. Its purpose is to share information about the Loo Fairy product, gauge interest, and let interested visitors sign up for updates and early access.

No sales are made through the Site at this time. The Site does not process payments, take orders, or ship products. Any prices, offers, or product descriptions shown are for informational and interest-measurement purposes only, are subject to change, and do not constitute an offer to sell or a binding commitment. Product features, availability, timing, and pricing are not guaranteed and may change or be discontinued.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site or submit your information. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

3. Email sign-up and communications

When you submit your email address, you agree that we may contact you with updates about Loo Fairy, including launch news and early-access offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting hello@loofairy.com. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Loo Fairy name and logo, text, graphics, images, product designs, and page layouts — is owned by or licensed to Loo Fairy and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content, or use the Loo Fairy name or logo, without our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

  • Submit false, misleading, or someone else's information

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or its data

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware or overloading our systems

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loo Fairy and its owners, operators, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loo Fairy and its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
