Loo Fairy is an early-stage consumer product brand. This Site is currently a pre-launch page: we collect email addresses from people interested in the product and measure interest in it. We do not sell products or process payments through this Site at this time.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate the Site and communicate with you, and only as needed for them to perform their services:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Loo Fairy or others.

6. Data retention

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Automatically collected analytics and advertising data are retained according to the policies of the providers named above.

7. Your choices and rights

Unsubscribe. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out of emails at any time.

Access, correction, and deletion. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@loofairy.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Region-specific rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights:
